For employees who need a foundational understanding of commercial cleaning procedures, chemical awareness, safety and professional cleaning practices.

Professional

For employees who need broader and more detailed commercial cleaning knowledge, including specialised areas, floor care, commercial equipment, cross-contamination and commercial cleaning chemicals.

Complete

Complete is a company-level package for employers who want the full Clean-Skills Training manual, SOPs and Operational Standards to support consistent workplace training and procedures.

A company purchases Complete once, then purchases Foundations or Professional training seats for individual employees based on the level of training they require.

Step 2

Employees Complete the Training

Employees work through the training modules included with their selected training option.

The training is information-based and uses instructional video, narration, supporting visuals, reference materials and knowledge questions to help explain the procedures, products, equipment and practices used in commercial cleaning.

Employees can move through the training in a structured order so important concepts are introduced before more detailed topics.

Step 3

Knowledge Is Checked Along the Way

Knowledge questions and assessments help measure how well the learner understands the information presented during the training.

Assessment results can help employers identify:

Areas the employee understands
Areas that may need further explanation
Topics that may require additional coaching
Areas that should be reinforced during hands-on workplace training

Assessments are not intended to replace an employer’s evaluation of practical workplace performance.

Step 4

Employers Add Workplace-Specific Training

Clean-Skills Training provides the knowledge foundation. Employers remain responsible for showing employees how that knowledge is applied in their own workplace.
